We offer free return within 30 days in the following cases:
- a wrong item was delivered
- an item does not work or is defective
- one item was delivered damaged
The return period is 30 days from the day on which you received the goods or on which a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the delivered goods.
For returns that do not meet the reasons stated above, you shall bear the costs of returning the goods to us.
How can I apply for a free return?
You can simply request your return online in our returns portal.
- Indicate your postcode and order number
- If your order was placed no longer than 30 days ago, you should be able to complete the further steps
- Then click on Request return
- You will receive a free returns label, please print it out and stick it on your shipment
Do I get a free returns label?
When you request an authorised return, you will receive a label to print out directly in the returns portal.
Please ensure the following:
- Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Senden Sie die Ware bitte in Originalverpackung mit sämtlichem Zubehör und mit allen Verpackungsbestandteilen an uns zurück. Verwenden Sie ggf. eine schützende Umverpackung. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
- Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
- The aforementioned clauses 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Please enclose your delivery note or return form with your order so that we can allocate your return.
Which way will the money be transferred back to me?
Depending on the payment method, you will receive:
- If payment was done via Paypal: Credit to your paypal account
- For cash on delivery, Sofortüberweisung, credit card, Amazon Pay, EPS, IDEAL, Giropay: refund to your bank account
- Important: Please let us know your bank details
How long does it take until I get my money back?
We will endeavour to refund the order as soon as possible. As a rule, we will refund you within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
